A six-year role as Creative Director of Lifestyle for the retail giant has evolved into an ongoing collaboration,  with our team seamlessly integrating into the Lane Crawford Home & Lifestyle business to
 deliver a retail solution that is aligned with the eponymous, luxury multi-brand fashion retailers identity. Infrastructure’s involvement with the retail giant, stems initially from our curatorial role in their retail spaces.

With a rounded approach to curation, we have supported the home and lifestyle department over the last three 
years to develop seasonal collections. Trend forecasting, strategic merchandise planning and budget development, management of key vendor relationships and mentoring of buying teams are amongst the solutions offered to ensure that the company maintains its position as a market leader.

During our relationship we have established multiple retail partnerships with the global design community, including Tom Dixon, Knoll, Ilse Crawford, Monocle, Baccarat, Lalique, Georg Jensen, Fritz Hansen, Flos, Moroso and more.

Spanning from retail merchandising to event styling and beyond, Infrastructure have developed a strong brand aesthetic when it comes to the Lane Crawford visual style and DNA. This most evident when curating their product within an experiential environment.
