The Beast began as a curated, independent floral service, retailing online through small e-boutiques and Weibo, with over 700K followers. Through collaborations with Infrastructure, Lane Crawford and Design Shanghai, a cafe come florist concept was developed. Since embarking on an ambitious expansion, the company has becoming an international, multi-brand retailer, hospitality franchise and lifestyle platform, with over 20 stores opened in China since 2014.
From the early stages of The Beast’s growth, Infrastructure has collaborated with the brand to develop an individual, stylised brand identity and retail strategy. Throughout our association we have focussed on business and concept development and relationship management, introducing the company to key international brands. Partnerships have included F&B installations with Design Shanghai and retail brand collaborations with companies including Rosanna Orlandi, Se' London and House of Hackney.
