X&Q Sculpture Studio was created in 2010 by renowned contemporary Chinese artists Qu Guangci and Xiang Jing with the idea of developing an affordable art collection. The husband and wife duo’s existing work had been shown as solo exhibitions in galleries and museums globally to much acclaim. The pair have attracted widespread attention for their contemporary aesthetic and post-political expression techniques, and are most famous for the Little Fatty series.
Our relationship with X&Q began at the inception of the concept, our support as a retail mentor, brand ambassador and media conduit has developed the brand into the global entity it is today. Our consultancy advice on retail mechanisms, key partnerships and strategic brand activations helped established the brand development and expansion.
